Schedule a meeting with you
Through contact understanding your needs, our designer will make an appointment with you for further evaluation and discussion about your requirements, and schedule a site visit for measurement work.

Layout Planning and Quote
Provide the preliminary layout options and quote by following the measurement from site with your budget and requirements in 5 business days. Our design team will discuss with you and by your comments to adjust the layout and setting.

3D Render Drawing Preview
Once the design has been developed, we will simulate it in these 3D render drawings and to show you all the material elements including wall finishes, flooring, lighting and so on, that is the place you want!

Sign off the Design and Build Contract
By signing off the contract and agreements, our professional builder team will kick off the works and with our highest standards we will deliver the high quality and schedule it on time.

Walk Through and Handover
Before we handover the completed site to you, our team will walk through with you and identify an defects and mark them down for defect repair list.
After the defect rectification works and the castle is now back to yours!
